Finance & Accounting Staff

Job Requirement :

• Holds a Bachelor Degree of Economics/Finance/Accounting
• 3-5 years experience in the same position from Financial Industry, preferably capital market
• English proficiency is mandatory; able to work and communicate in English
• Hands-on Accounting Principles PSAK
• Hands-on Tax policies
• Capable to perform accounting process, monitoring, controlling and effectively managing company’s cash flow to improve position as well as performing regular  account reconciliation and closing
• Other skills required:

        a. Having knowledge in accounting principles and tax policies
        b. Hands-On Person
        c. Meticulous

Job Responsibilities:

• To implement accounting principles, tax policies in producing accurate and reliable financial statement
• To prepare the sales, redemptions and commissions/fees data to be uploaded into accounting systems and to ensure the payments are done in timely and accuracy manner.
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations for company’s accounts
• Liaise with other departments, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, insurers and others on issues pertaining to the management accounts.
• Develop and maintain a good system of internal controls and ensure in-compliance with such internal controls, policies and procedures set
• Enhance timely collections and payment for receivables and payable to improve the Company’s cash flow positions.
• Ensure and maintain proper documentation and filing to facilitate audits as well as tax submissions purposes.
