Good day~

Our client, a Japanese company which focuses on international general construction companies is looking for a position below:

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Requirement:

• Female
• Graduate from Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering (MUST)
• Minimum 1 years experience in related field
• Willing to work in Cikarang (project)

Responsibilities :

• Preparation of the budget material needs in a project.
• Searching for material and competitive suppliers.
• Estimating the additional work to the client or sub contractor.
• The accuracy of mandor opname
• Accuracy in conducting the stock opname of all use of the material after the completion of the project.
• Responsible for safety and health in the scope of works.

Skills :

• Comprehension/understand overall work sequence of the building process in details and systematic.
• Able to work under pressure and deadline
• Willing to work overtime
