JOB VACANCY: IT Staff (Project based)
Location : South Jakarta

Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Ability to communicate orally with end users, vendors, and coworkers is crucial.
• Good command in both Bahasa and English
• Good skill in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• One year or more experience in software development or support

Job Description:

• Handle software-related requests for assistance (problems)
• Troubleshoot software and identify root causes of software problems
• Analyze software related issues and propose solutions
• Connect with vendor in order to follow up and expedite for every issue occur
• Execute and responsible on SIT, UAT and L1 support
• Document software support activities thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner
• Do data analyst for software-related database in relation with data discrepancy
