One of our client, Manufacturing Company in Jl Raya Jakarta Bogor, Cilodong is looking for:

IT SUPPORT

Qualification:

• Gender : Male/Female
• Min D3 in Computer science or related majors
• Min 1-2 years’ experience in a same or similar position.
• Good English skill (Spoken and Written)
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to domestic destinations if needed.

Job Description:

• Support users including YPD for all IT related technical issues (network, internet, video conference, PC, Printer, new PC Configuration, etc.).
• Maintain server system and data backup regularly according to SOP
• Update IT inventory data and control the software license expiry date for renewal.
• Secure the IT room by maintaining logbook.
• Check and analyze IT request from user before getting approval from Supervisor, Manager and Director.
