Lease Analyst, Database & Compliance

PT Jakarta Land/World Trade Centre Complex is looking for Lease Analyst, Database & Compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting
• Strong background and experience in commercial real estate
• Excellent in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to use accounting software and portfolio management system
• Attention to detail
• Sharp intuition for internal control and for identifying potential risk
• Team player, good communication

Main Job Descriptions:

• Entering and updating commercial data into administration database
• Generate, publish and distribute commercial reports
• Perform commercial records maintenance activities, including updating data
• Working together with Finance/Accounting/Billing for Account Payable and Account Receivable
• Perform standard processes, participate in providing control and suggestions for improvement and streamlining of procedures
• Maintain working/electronic files, ensuring all files are complete and updated
