Job Description,

• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
• Regularly update recruitment reports.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, and using job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules with a user.
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management,Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): recruitment and placement, business development and planning, handling clients,
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Target and driven, SLAs and KPIs
• Excellent summarising skills
• Full-Time position(s) available
