SALES SUPPORT
Requirements:

• Female
• Bachelor's degree in all major
• Minimum 1 year experience as sales support, customer service, or related field
• Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel ((H/Vlookup, if, pivot)
• Working knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysis, familiar with phyton is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Experience in high-volume office work may be advantageous
• Passionate and agile
• Placement: Surabaya

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests
• Liaise with sales & operational team to help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues
• Provide the sales team data reports
• Monitor sales performance, acquisition area, user transaction, hero products and report progress to the line manager
• Identify and keep up with sales trends
• Monitoring customer sales repetition and follow up passive/inactive customer to build relationship and encourage the customer for another transaction
