CUSTOMER SERVICE

Responsibilities:

• Directly interact with end consumers on a range of topics including but not limited to: order information, product specifications, quality issues, refund/return, delivery related questions, product price and discount
• Interact casually with customers in the whatsapp group or other social media on a daily basis
• Handle complaints from agent and member through various channels such as voice phone calls, online chats, and etc. 
• Collecting customer feedback to internal functions to help improve customer experience
• Use systems to track customer enquiries and manage team productivity
• Maintain good communication with the sales team on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma or the equivalent degree
• Preferably has 1 yr relevant working experience
• Experience in e-commerce industry is a plus
• Very good Bahasa/and good skill in English both in spoken and written
• Good interpersonal skills
• Discipline, good execution and able to work under fast pace
• Passionate about E-commerce industry and Tech world
• Placement: Surabaya

SALES EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• High school/Bachelor Degree in related courses
• 1-4 years related working experience in retail/FMCG
• Disciplined, good execution and able to work under fast pace
• Passionate about E-commerce industry and tech world
• Highly competitive and self driven personality 
• Placement: Surabaya, Gresik, Sidoarjo, Malang, Mojokerto, Kediri

Responsibilities:

• Visits area and outlets / customers in accordance with the route map plan determined by the line manager. 
• Educating and ensure customers to understand the benefits and value of the product (Chilibeli / Chilimart application).
• Acquiring new customers, and assisting customers to register, in accordance with the market target that has been determined (store / resellers / community).
• Help customers to make the first purchase (first trial) in accordance with the specified minimum order. 
• Closing deals according to the specified KPI targets. 
• Maintain a good relationship with customers by informing ongoing programs / promos, to encourage customers to make transactions.
