Customs Operations Assistant Manager

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/International Trade, Supply Chain or Finance/Accounting.
  • Expert knowledge in international trade regulations.
  • Have PPJK (Perusahaan Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan) certificate is a must.
  • 10+ years of "hands-on" cross-border working experience, including strong connections with regulatory authorities in key region/specific countries.
  • Oral and Written Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia languages as required.
  • Knowledge of SAP System will be an asset.
  • Experience coordinating and participating in import/export customs audits.
  • Ability to perform in a rapidly changing multi-task environment.
  • Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of international trade regulations for region specific countries with a special focus on customs regulations, procedures and local practices, tariffs, duty preferences/programs, E/I compliance controls, free trade agreements, etc.
Also be able to :
  1. To fill PIB at customs,
  2. knowledge about determining HS codes,
  3. knowledge about the FOC (free of charge deliveries) processes
  4. knowledge about re-export, temporary import processes
