HC Development Staff
(To be located at Temanggung)

Main responsibility:

1. Design, develop & support the implementation of the HC strategy & initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Manage Organization Development including Job Grading & Job Leveling
3. Manage Sourcing & Talent Mgt such as pro hiring & develop MT programs.
4. Manage Performance Management System
5. Develop & implement Learning Management (training program, coaching & counseling, knowledge mgt).
6. Develop HC Information System as enabler for Management strategic reports & HC analysis.
7. HC Business Partner for DSN Business Unit

Requirement :

1. Max ages 35 years old.
2. Min Bachelor Degree from all education backgrounds.
3. Min 3 years experience in People Development
4. Has strong knowledge on all relevant Human Capital Development and Change Management.
5. Excellent communication skills, hand on to detail, well organized
6. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality data & documents.
7. Proficient with MS Office products
8. Willing to be placed in Temanggung (Central Java)
