Requirements ;

• Minimum Diploma Degree any major
• Minimum 3 years working experience with retail account (preferable those which include MTKA and MTI)
• Have maintained relationships with account buyers
• Experience in working along with local distributor and   Territory Management
• Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising SPG
• Analytical thinking
• Basic to intermediate Excel and Power Point skill

The Job Role and Responsibilities;

• Develop and manage local sales team to drive revenue growth
• Develop and manage efficient distribution networks
• Develop efficient and creative sales & marketing strategies for the assigned territory
• Target setting for the sales team
• Collect market info and feedback
• Monitor sales team performance, analyze sales data, and generate periodi forecasting
