PVN Shoes is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR Operation.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail or fashion.
• At least 2 years of experience managing an HR team.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and labor regulations.
• Experience managing employees across multiple retail outlets is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
