We're Hiring | Senior Outsourcing Operations / Account Manager

We're supporting an established manpower outsourcing company in Jakarta to find a Senior Outsourcing Operations / Account Manager.

📍 Location: Jakarta

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in manpower outsourcing
• Have managed 100–500+ outsourced employees
• Strong knowledge of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan, payroll and attendance coordination, PKWT/contract administration, and THR
• Experience in recruiting and replacing outsourced workers
• Strong client relationship and account management skills
• Experience handling industrial/manufacturing clients is a plus
• Fluent in Indonesian and English
• Strong Excel/HRIS skills

Established manpower outsourcing providers currently in operations, account management, or HR operations roles
