PT Apex Nusantara Indo is looking for an experienced Alih Daya Operations Manager to build and manage our outsourcing operations, covering workforce deployment, client management, compliance, payroll coordination, SOP development, and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outsourced employees deployed across multiple client sites
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of outsourced workers
• Manage employment agreements (PKWT/PKWTT) and ensure labor law compliance
• Oversee BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration and compliance
• Manage client relationships, complaints, worker replacements, and contract renewals
• Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate attendance, overtime, allowances, and payroll inputs
• Develop and improve operational SOPs and workflows
• Evaluate and implement operational systems such as HRIS, attendance, and payroll integration
• Monitor operational KPIs including fill rate, turnover, client satisfaction, and payroll accuracy
• Ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient end-to-end outsourcing operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Law, Industrial Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, branch management, or head of operations within an outsourcing/headhunter/manpower provider
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, outsourcing regulations, and BPJS procedures
• Proven experience managing multiple client sites and distributed workforces
• Experience in designing/improving operational processes and SOPs
• Experience evaluating or implementing HRIS, attendance, payroll, or related operational systems
• Good understanding of payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, and allowances
• Strong client management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong operational leadership and workforce management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and growing outsourcing environment
