🎯 What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to fulfill business hiring needs.

Learning & Development:

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify employee development needs.
• Plan and coordinate training, workshops, and certification programs.
• Support KPI, competency development & Individual Development Plan (IDP) initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and employee development progress.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Management, or related field.
• 3 years of HR experience, preferably in Recruitment & Learning & Development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, analytical, and solution-oriented.
• Familiar with TNA, competency development, performance management, and IDP.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the IT/Technology industry is a plus.
• Good English communication skills is a plus.
