We are seeking a full time Recruiter to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Willing to be place at North Jakarta (fully onsite).
• Proficient in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Have 1-2 years experience in handling end-to-end recruitment, ability to identify and attract top talent.

Job Descriptions:

• Handling end-to-end recruitment processes by sourcing potential candidates, perform screening process, up to the candidate's offering stage.
• Developing a good understanding of the hiring partners, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
• Identify candidates with the best job match and manager priorities efficiently.
• Perform candidates interview to have a better understanding of their skills and personality.
• Maintaining good relationship between clients and candidates.
• Arrange interview between clients and candidates and making sure all thing are well-prepared for the interview process.
