We’re still hiring! We’re looking for an experienced Head of HR to lead and oversee our HR function across HR Operations, Employee Relations, Compensation amp; Benefits, and HR Administration.
What we’re looking for:
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience• Proven leadership experience in HR Manager / Senior HR Manager / Head of HR roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws amp; regulations
- Strong expertise in ER, C&B, HR Operations, and HR Administration
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
