Urgent Hiring: Head of HR

Nationality: Indonesians Only

Placement: Jakarta Selatan
Salary: up to IDR 30 million gross

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor / S1 degree
• Fluent in English (actively speak, write & read)
• Minimum of 8 years HR experience, with at least 3 years as a Senior HR Business Partner / HR Operations / HR Generalist leadership role in Indonesia
• Managerial experience and capabilities
• Has integrity and strength to push back to maintain “correct” HR processes
• Drives change in deployment of HR Transformation.
• Communicates appropriately, clearly and accurately using various mediums to distributed team and stakeholders.
• Takes initiative.
• Proactively manages own time, performance and learning.
• A proven ability to influence management decisions in a fast-moving commercial environment.
• Be accustomed to a culture where deadlines are critical and performance expectations are demanding.
• Demonstrates exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and consistently high energy levels.
