Purchasing Supervisor

PT Calbee-Wings Food is urgently need a Purchasing Supervisor

Job Desc:

1. Receive and review requests for goods from all dept., both daily and monthly
2. Checking the accuracy of the inspection with the budget and or needs
3. Collecting data on suppliers in terms of price, readiness, and accuracy of delivery and the quality of the goods they offer as data for supplier selection
4. Conducting the buying process from the request, price quotation, preparation of administrative requirements to controlling the accuracy of the purchase
5. Review and recap purchases per month and budget accuracy analysis
6. Coordinate with other parts for conformity with product specifications and delivery times

Qualification #:

• Min, Bachelor degree from any major
• Min. 3-5 years experience as Purchasing Spv. esp. in handling supplier selection, preferably from FMCG Industry
• Have a leadership role, good communication, and ability to using SAP
• Placement in HO Jakarta (Setiabudi - South of Jakarta)
