Head of Operation for E-commerce

We are looking for Head of Operation for E-commerce to be placed in our client's company, a #Digital #News Aggregator in #Slipi, West Jakarta, with details:

Job Desc:

• Build massive and reliable reseller network accross Indonesia
• Use various methods to acquire target resellers while maximize ROI
• Design and implement reseller management structure to achive high efficiency and strong execution power
• Design and implement reseller management training system to improve performance of resellers
• Design and implement a loyalty program to improve reseller retention rate and increase reseller LTV

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as Operation Manager and have experience in managing big operation team in e-commerce / modern retail industry
• Has experience in handle e-commerce which focus on beauty, fashion, kitchen and fast moving product is a plus
• Have successful experience in building big selling network
• Fluent in English

Salary range: 30 - 40 Juta
