Qualifications :

1. Experienced BPO or Outsourcing company as talent acquisition or recruiter
2. Experienced HR Manager with understanding all of HR basic and advanced knowledge
3. Experienced having subordinates, more than 3 staff
4. Total working experience should be more than 5 years
5. Very good at talent acquisition (especially IT Engineer talents)  
6. Very hands on for all the works
7. Character will be very cheerful and aggressive
8. Communication level of English Skill must be Fluent
9. Responsible for payroll and all other HR job such as internal training, evaluation, and organizational restructure.
