Plant Manager

I am now looking for Plant Manager (Plant will be located in Rawa Buaya). Assisting well known F&B company in Jakarta for this specific position with these requirements;

• Emotional stable (have had experienced in handling mature owner)
• Preferably Male
• University graduate
• 5-6 years working experience in Plant within these industry; F&B, Manufacture, FMCG
• Not more than 45 years old
• Will be handling 200 people in one plant (act as a leader)
• Preferably hiring candidate who lives near Rawa Buaya
• Must be willing to work on Saturday (only if there are problems or overload work)
• STRONG in handling Operation, Quality Control and Production
• Problem solver attitude is needed
