Procurement Dept Head
(To be located at Temanggung)

Job Qualification:

1. Max ages 45 years old
2. Bachelor/Master Degree from Industrial Engineering, Economic or Equivalent, with min GPA 3.00
3. 5+ years team management experience within Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or similar function, preferably in manufacturing
4. Possess strong knowledge in managing large inventory and variety of raw material and finished goods
5. Strong leadership skills, good communication, analytical skills and people development ability
6. SAP knowledge
7. Project management experience demonstrating on-time delivery and improving the quality of suppliers
8. Excellent communication in verbal and written English. (Mandarin Language to be advantage)
9. Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities
10. Commercial and financial acumen with a full understanding of the impact of failure in terms of business cost, production schedules and customer order fulfilment
11. Willing to be placed in Temanggung (Central Java)
