Urgent Hiring: Production & Maintenance Manager

Industry: Multinational Glass Manufacturing
Placement: Cikarang, Bekasi
Nationality: Indonesians Only

Responsibilities:

• Long Term Planning for department (budget, personnel etc)
• Production (schedule, cost, quality, demand)
• Maintenance of production equipment, utilities and building.
• Ensures adherence to and monitoring of legal laws and internal regulations concerning IMSU/EHS
• Designs processes according to the principle of Lean Manufacturing and ensures lhat these are executed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor / S1 in Mechanical Engineering
• Fluent in English (actively speak, read & write in English)
• At least 10 years of experience in Multinational Manufacturing companies (FMCG / Automotive / Electronics)
• At least 5 years managerial experience
• Knowledge and understanding about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements.
• Know and understanding about the lntegrated Management System for Safety, Security, Health and Environment (IMSU).
