Opportunity : Senior Legal Associate

Job Purpose  :

• Advise on legal issues and risks related to compliance (e.g. around anti-bribery and data privacy), approval processes, company policies and procedures, trade mark, IP and business strategy; advise on labor-related matters
• Having a good networking to related institution, government and others
• Negotiate on behalf of the company's interest on business related matters
• Identify and address risks and issues in the local daily business operations
• Provide corporate governance in an effective an efficient manner
• Excellent analytical skills – you will need to analyse how Indonesian and non-Indonesian regulations and be comfortable with changing regulatory landscape
• Driven and ambitious attitude with commercial acumen
