Looking for Senior Organization Development

Requirements:

1. Applicants should be minimum Bachelor Degree in Management, Psychology, industrial engineering from reputable university (local or overseas). Management Postgraduate will be preferred
2. With minimum of 3 years of experiences as HRD Manager, or Organizational Development (OD) or office of strategic management (OSM)
3. Understand HR Management System
4. Understand the business orientation and organizations
5. Possess a comprehensive strategic understanding
6. Possess basic knowledge of Balance Score Card
7. Understand performance management system and its application
8. Having good knowledge about Organizational Development
9. Able to perform Job Analysis & Job Evaluation
10. Good command in English, both speaking and writing
11. Preferable has experienced at well-known construction company
