Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Economic, Marketing or Engineering
• 3 years working experience in related position (FMCG industry)
• Minimum 2 years as Trade Marketing GT and MT
• Minimum 1 years in senior management position
• Strong knowledge of consumer industry & management
• Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends
• Ability to think critically and creatively
• Willing to be placed in BSD

Job Description:

• Develop marketing strategy aligned with brand strategy
• Act as the key liaison in between product development and sales team.
• Maintain customer relationships for repurchases
• Cultivate program that ensure products sell in store
• Develop trade marketing program and activity to ensure national sales achievement, market share & customer satisfaction
• Informal reviews conducted monthly, quarterly for all team members versus outputs and objectives
• Develop capability and reviewing subordinates’ performance
• Monitor expenses versus budget
• Performance review Project Budget
• Identify & develop area improvement
