Business Development Manager (BDM) - Logistics

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for managing the sales/business development, full logistics and customer relationships of the company.
  2. Negotiating Sales deals with customers and following up on a regular basis
  3. Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  4. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or master degree in the related field
  • Clear and concise communication skills (excellent verbal, written and email communication skills, strong relation- building skills)
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Have few loyal customers on hand
  • A good attitude and ability to work in a team setting
  • Well organized and good follow up skills
