Wave Literature is a company who brings authors & writers into the Global Digital Platform, where they can publish their original creation from Local into the Global audiences. We work to serve not only localization to local language but also globalized local content especially in Web Novel production. We distribute, license and protect content Intellectual Property.

Job Description:

• Converting Authors into our platform
• Guide and explain the authors/ writers from anywhere around the world to understand how to make money in our platform.
• Help the authors to publish their work in our platform.
• Seeking new potential authors to join to our mobile platform
• Teaching, guiding, advising the potential writers to improve their content quality and grow their reader base.
• Maintain the relationship between platform and the authors/writers

Qualification:

• Female
• Max 30 Years Old
• Able to speak and understand fluent English is a must
• Creative and have a good negotiation skill
• Polite, patient and have a good responsibility
• Able to work under pressure and target
• Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn anytime
• Discipline, have own initiative, and fast response will be preferable
• Have own notebook
• Sales/ Customer Service experiences will be a plus
• Placement in Surabaya
