HRGA Senior Manager (HRGA-SM)

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree / Magister degree in HR or relevant certification be preferred.
• 12-14 years’ relevant experience in human resources of EPC & OM Power Plant  including at least 6 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
• Having Excellent communication abilities.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems).
• Having Leadership skills, and ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
• Having Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
• Having Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Having Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Maintain payment plan and benefits program.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Willing to be located in Batang, Central Java.
