Responsibilities / Requirements:

1. Create, Control & monitor budget/cost of Maintenance in RM Department.
2. Create, Control & monitor daily, monthly & yearly plan maintenance of heavy equipment (periodic service, overhaul, major repair, attachment maintenance)
3. Lead & coordinate maintenance administration team in RM Department.
4. Control & monitor asset (workshop, tool & infrastructure) of Department

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Maintenance Planner
• Familiar with HE Budget, MTTF, PA, MTBF, CBM, Dozer, Exca, Loader DT Isuzu, Hino
• From Road Contractor company is a must
• Good analytical thinking, mature
• Based at Medan site
• Domicile at Java / Sumatera
