Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
• Has minimum 8 years experienced with related requirement in IT Industry
• Perform Supplier Site Assessments (Quality Systems, Capacity, Technical Capability)
• Evaluate, make recommendations and support the implementation
• Act as an onsite leader at a chronic supplier to evaluate the issues, assemble an engagement team, interface effectively with the supplier leadership, and develop a recovery plan
• Supplier performance analysis and report actions with alternative sources, solutions
• Analyze submitted 8D/RCCA reports, and coordinate the implementation of Corrective, preventive Actions
• Enable recovery of underperforming suppliers
• Take the onus of defined KPI’s and ensure the project deliverables are met according to client agreement.
• Monitoring of risk management, metrics and continuous improvement
• Evaluate the issues and ensure smooth transition of strategic projects
• Should be able to manage and organize the team of supplier development
• Indonesian only
