PT Sukanda Djaya - Diamond Cold Storage is open vacancy for Supervisor Sales Modern Trade (Banjarmasin Branch)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales target in branches
• Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance
• Develop trade and consumer promotions and manages execution of such trade and consumer promotions
• Controlling outlets regarding stocks availability
• Secures visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events
• Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives
• Leading and managing marketing events and programs
• Developing a strong relationship of co-operation and partnership with all accounts.

Requirements

• Graduated from Bachelor/Master Degree any major from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Having experience in modern trade area at least for 3 years (preferable from FMCG Company)
• Good command in English both spoken and written
• Computer literacy
• Familiar with modern market business and sales activity
• Communicative, Have strong personality, Target oriented, Self motivated, and adaptable
