Royal De Heus is a Feed Mill company from Netherland and factory located in Bekasi.

We are looking for a Compensation and Benefit Staff with requirements:

• Diploma degree or bachelor degree in business administration, management,  or related field
• Has similar experience for 1-2 years in the same field.
• Fresh graduate with related experience is welcome to apply.
• Sound understanding of BPJS KS and BPJS TK, understanding HRIS system, calculate overtime
• excellent in Excel formula, Reporting
• Fast learner and self-motivated person.
• Good communication skill in english
