Position :
1. HR Manager

Job Description :

• Scope of work as HR Generalist, analyzing Employee Job Descriptions & SOPs using SWOT analysis
• Measure employee performance either through KPIs or balance score card method
• Recruitment process

Job requirement :

• Male/Female max 40 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or Law
• Experience as HR Manager 3-4 years
• Good knowledge in Labour Laws
• Good knowledge HR Generalist (Compensation & Remuneration, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Industrial Relations & Employee Relations, Legal & Personnel)
• Has an extensive network and good relations with various agencies related to industrial relations such as: Disnaker, PHI, etc. on a national scale
• Have experience in using HRD software such as HRIS or payroll systems
