Production Shift Supervisor

Hello Jobseekers,
We are currently looking for Production Shift Supervisor placement in Van Aroma Gunung Putri.

Responsibilities:

• Develops, executes production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment
• Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications  and directs setup and adjustments of machines
• Interprets job orders to workers, and assigns duties
• Coordinates production activities with other production supervisors, procurement, maintenance, warehouse, and quality departments through active communication to achieve and sustain results
• Ensures that all workers are properly trained and responsibilities are defined and understood
• Provides regular performance feedback; Responsible for all disciplinary actions up and including terminations.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
• Safety of work areas, employees and first responder to all work related accidents
• Demonstrates commitment to food safety and continuous improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum Apothecary Degree/has STRA
• Experienced in Pharmaceutical/Traditional Medicine industry as Production team for at least 3 years
• Able to speak and communicate in English
