Our client is (Power Equipment) looking for a position
 "Sales Manager"

Experience requirements:

• End-to-end execution of marketing strategies
• 5 years in Business Development and Sales Management

Job Description:

• Product responsibility for Power Technique
• Product costing and pricing
• Sales support and product training
• Work with the team to develop innovative marketing programs
• Report to Regional Business Line Managers
• All sales activities related to distributors / agents for both Divisions APE and PFL
• Lead and motivate all members of the local team
• Responsible for the performance and development of the team.
• Effectively manage the Account Receivables of APE – Air & Tools, PFL – Power & Flow and PTS – Power Technique Service Division to ensure that the set targets are achieved
• Monitor and control business activities and expenditure to meet budget guidelines (functional cost efficiency).
• Report on market matters and competition developments on a regular basis. Promotion and use of Cloud for Sales CRM on a constant basis for all activities. Ensure complete adoption within the territory for all team members.
