Coffee Lab Assistant

PT Independent Research & Advisory Indonesia is looking for 'Coffee Lab Assistant'

Job Description:

• Oversees and executes effective communication between baristas, runner, and staff coffee lab to ensure that equipment labeled appropriately, and kept well-stocked.
• To ensure all paperwork about coffee lab event and order material coffee
• Assist the trainer on the courses
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
• Coordinating coffee event from material, equipment & budgeting
• Procurement of all equipment and materials needed by barista

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Hospitality or equivalent professional qualification in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Coffee Industry
• Able to making coffee standard SCA (specialty coffee association)
• Have knowledge in Coffee Specialty (SCA & CQI)
• Proficient in English language in writing, listening and speaking
• Have a good communication skill and ability to train other
• Have computer skill in Microsoft excel, word, power point
