"IT INFRASTRUCTURE & SUPPORT SPECIALIST"
 
Responsibility :

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and others IT devices.
• Perform maintenance and supervision related to IT.
• Ensure e-mail and internet access work properly.
• Update antivirus and malware system.
• Update the application used on the user's PC.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems on the user's PC.
• Perform Windows installation and supporting applications.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Mikrotik, Cisco, Ms. Access, MySQL.
• In-depth working knowledge of Windows 7 until Windows 10, and MS Office.
• Young, creative and energetic candidate who is willing to be placed in Kosambi, Tangerang.
