OPERATION MANAGER - Sojilabs Indonesia

Hi #talentready #opentowork ! We are currently looking for experienced Operation Manager for our company in South Jakarta.

Job Descriptions :

• Formulating strategy, improving performance, consistent measuring the sales performance
• Set the KPIs, control and monitor the team members to achieve the KPIs
• Lead the team to success through providing guidance, know-how and improve process for faster, leaner delivery
• Make weekly, monthly and quarterly report to the General Director.
• Performing other tasks assigned by the General Director.

Requirements :

• Bachelor or MBA degree from reputable university (Indonesia or overseas)
• Live in Jakarta
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 3+ years of working experience in the same position ; at least manage 5 team members
• Proven track record in tele-sales/ telemarketing and customer service area is a plus
• Good in decision making, communication, reporting and project management
