PT Semen Grobogan is a Cement Company with the head office located in Central Jakarta and the field located in Semarang - Central Java. For assignment in Semarang and ready to be assigned on site. Currently, we are looking for candidates with the following position requirements:

Preventive & Predictive Superintendent

DETAILED MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make Preventive Maintenance plan for main equipment and supporting equipment in order to keep the running time of equipment in cement plant.
• Solving problem for any kind of equipment in cement plant.
• Coordination with other department in order to keep the continuity of production target

REQUIREMENTS:

Working Experience : Min 5 years as Maintenance Section Head or planner head in Cement Plant

Skills:

• Strong understanding of cement machinery and their applications in the plant.
• Strong understanding of plant, inspection test plans, risk assessments, commissioning and handover requirement.
• Strong understanding and implementation of maintenance concept in cement plant (preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance).
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety at cement plant and carry out toolbox talks when necessary.
• Strongly ability to make a working plan for preventive & predictive maintenance
• Strongly trouble shoot & solving problem in mechanical and electrical problem
• Familiar with RCA (Root Cause Analysis) method to solving the problem for predictive maintenance
• Ability to manage and supervise other personal.
• Strong communication skills, preferably in English.
• Ability to generate project documentations
• Familiar with mechanical standard

Education :  Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Other Qualification:

• Good Communication Skill and leadership
• Professional Certification would be advantage.
• Ability work as teamwork
