Enhance division's social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with community members through multiple social media platforms
• PIC for questions about GrabExpress products, services, and events
• Publish and share daily social media content and encourage community members to take actions
• Keep records of community members interactions & compile reports on customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree of Journalism, Marketing or equivalent. Fresh graduate are welcome
• Experiences in dealing with customer through online platform
• Fluent in English
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
