eMe Be Garrote is the new restaurant of Martín Berasategui in San Sebastiá awarded 1 Michelin Star. Located in an old cellar in the district of Ibaeta, which is characterized by its traditional Basque Cuisine. With a very natural setting and decoration, our great Chef inspires to relive the spirit of his roots, offering fresh food spoiled on fire and full of flavour.
