• High responsibility to boost revenue and restaurant branding

Position Background
Company wants to focus on corporate clients by offering partnerships and events. Currently the team only consists of a Head of Accounting and a sales officer. The candidate will replace the Head of Accounting to allow the Head of Accounting to focus on the finance side while the candidate is expected to be an expert in her field to boost the company’s branding and revenue.

• Control, supervise, and grow sales and marketing team
• Create sales and marketing plans for corporate clients
• Increase brand awareness through online or offline marketing campaigns
• Partnership with companies to increase revenue from company events and workshops, including creating corporate packages
• Maintain good and trusting relationships with franchisors and owners
  

Job Requirements:

Company Description
Founded in 2020, Head Office in Batam, focusing on ship management to load, transport, and deliver goods. This company is under one of the largest groups in the maritime industry (shipbuilding, finance, property, plantation, and ports based in Batam and Jakarta). Current employee at this company: 11 employees (mostly managerial level).

• Chartering the entire fleet including a variety of dry and wet cargoes
• Managing relations with key charterers
• Developing new business (currently oil business, will expand to the other cargoes)
• Reporting and liaise closely with the General Manager and the Board for the commercial exploitation of the fleet and developing commercial strategies
• Will maintain current ships and upcoming ships
• Monitor and manage performance of chartering business to optimise revenue for the business
• Develop and maintain the organisation's portfolio of clients
• Conduct research to identify Indonesia market and client needs
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in dry and wet chartering in Indonesia
• An extensive own clients portfolio and network of contacts (submit client portfolios)
• Able to work and integrate with the company team
• Good communication and negotiation abilities
• Fluent in English is a must (you will report to Managing Director from Greece)
• Market knowledge
