Guest Relation Manager

Hello from Humana International!
We are currently looking for Guest Relation Manager candidates for our client in property industry. The working location is in Tangerang.

Requirements:

1. Holds bachelor degree
2. Able to speak basic Chinese Mandarin and fluent in English
3. Has 5-7 years experience from hotelier industry
4. Experienced in Property Industry is an advantage

Job desc:

1. Investigating and solving customer's problems
2. Leading Customer Service Staffs
3. Monitoring and controlling data eligibility for handover arrangements
4. Maintaining demo area in best condition including laundry, fragrance, and item renewal
5. Supporting online and offline marketing events
6. Maintaining good relationship with customers/ residents
7. Supervising day to day operation
8. Etc.
