Finance Controller, Head of Sales and Marketing

Calling all F&B Directors specializing in Resto or Hospitality Companies.

Currently, I am helping one of my clients, a Fusion Resto on Medan to find their F&B Director with the details:

Salary: Up to IDR 40 Mio with others benefit
Job Type: Fulltime
Location: Medan, North Sumatera

Must-Have Requirements:

• Prior experience in the same position for more than 10 years (Including 5 years as an F&B Director), preferably from a similar company or 4-5 star hotels.
• Strong in business development and how to boost sales.
• Data-driven (manage the sales team and make decisions using data from CRM) since the client uses SAP
• Experience in managing day to day activity in F&B.
• Able to be flexible and read situation (when to say the right thing at the right time, not right vs wrong), not too professional
• Comfort for working closely with the owner and able to build trust and maintain relationships with owners.
• Perfectionist in hospitality and empathize with high-class clients is a must.
