HOUSE KEEPER

A complex of 2 properties in Berawa area is looking for a House Keeper to start ASAP for studios, lofts and apartments.

Profile :

• Indonesian citizen
• Max 35 years old with min. 3 years experience in the related field
• Proven experience in similar position in Hotels and/or Cruises
• Speaks good english Hard working individual
• Good time management abilities
• Good oral and written communication skills with the staff, guest or management
• Available to work on the first half of January 2021

Responsibilities:

• Make sure the rooms, stairways and common area are regularly cleaned
• Ensure High-level customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer complaints and queries on a timely basis
• Following your supervisor instruction and roster
• Keep a record of the cleaning products and claim a restock when necessary
• Responsible to check linens and towels when it comes back from the laundry
• Ensure all the rules are being followed properly
• Report and organise maintenance for any defect
• Being involved with 2 properties of 9 and 10 rooms respectively, with the team.

What we offer :

• Contract after 3 months probation
• Salary between 3.000.000 to 3.500.000
