Warehouse Assistant Manager

• Candidate must possess at least a Apothecary.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in warehouse (need from Pharmaceutical Company).
• Preferably Manager/ Assistant Managers specializing in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Having experience using Warehouse Management System

 Job Description :

• Manage warehouse operational activities
• Reviewing and proposing warehouse the objective of efficiency in cost.
• Maintain inter department relationship to ensure smoothness in the overall operation.
• Preparing yearly purchase plan, yearly master list and inventory plan
• Ensure SOP compliance & In charge of all activity for warehouse
• Supervise and control warehouse operations (raw material, work in process, finished goods)
• Monitor all transactions on daily basis, investigate and analyze abnormal transactions
• Control and ensure stock accuracy, tidiness warehouse area
