Contract Engineer, Legal Marine

We are looking for Contract Engineer

Job Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 15 years experiences as contract engineer is a must
• Have track records with EPCI Oil & Gas Company
• Familiar with EPCI onshore and offshore markets
• Familiar dealing with oil & gas international clients
• Energetic, well organized, proactive, multitask, and detail oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare draft legal paperwork MOU, NDA, and etc
• Dealing with local & international client
• Handle EPCI onshore and offshore markets
• Handle all varieties of contract engineer work

We are looking for Legal Marine
 
 Job Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Law
• Female
• Minimum 15 years experiences as legal marine is a must
• Have track records with marine company
• Familiar with various law of maritime in Indonesia and international
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
• Energetic, well organized, proactive, multitask, and detail oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English

  Job Responsibilities:

• Review charter party agreement for third party vessel
• Prepare of charter party agreement
• Handle all varieties of legal work, including research, preparing forms, reports, powers of attorney, and other documents that deal with legal and quasi-legal matters
