Position: Finance & Accounting Staff
Placement: Berau, East Kalimantan

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in control of all the company's operations both at the branch and controlling budgets for operating expenses and income, investment, and overall budget.
• Job Order-JO & Sales Order verification, create an invoice, Tax Invoice, and prepare the related document.
• Ensure deliverance of invoice, monitoring payment, conduct collection for AR after coordination with Collection coordinator in Head Office.
• AR reconciliation and manage to age.
• Ensure payment from the client, payment verification, and follow up payment to the client.
